When you upload content to Mini AI World, you represent that you have all necessary rights to that content — including the output rights from any AI tools you used. Most AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Suno, Runway, etc.) grant you rights to use their outputs commercially. Always check the terms of the specific tools you use.

Copyright and AI-Generated Content

The legal status of copyright in AI-generated content is still evolving. Current guidance in many jurisdictions suggests:

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

⚠️ Warning: Filing a false DMCA notice is a serious legal matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you misrepresent that content is infringing.

If you believe content on Mini AI World infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA agent containing all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Mini AI World.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  2. Notify the uploader of the takedown.
  3. Provide the uploader with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous URL.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and, if no court action is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
